Anyway, nothing extraordinary, but we LOVE them! So,now I'm on the verge of looking into digital scrapbooking, I'm just not sure I want to make that leap. If I was convinced that it was either cheaper or faster I would really consider it. Dave just got me a laptop because I've always said that I would never dream of digital scrapbooking without a laptop, but now that I have one, I'm not quite sure where to start. Any ideas? I suppose I should buy a program (I've heard Photoshop is the best) and just start playing with it (but the time I spend doing that could be used catching up on my other scrapbooks!). Anyway, I suppose either way I'll still get to invite my friends over every month or so for scrapbooking parties--and that's really what it's all about, right girls? :)
Very cute pages! I love the pocket you did on the Dear Santa layout and how you put Mark's letter in it. Someday when I get caught up I'll post more of my layouts and be cool like you! Call me!
ReplyDeleteThat is so awesome that you keep up with scrapbooking! I lost interest long ago, but the kids still love looking at the books I created of them up until about 4-5 years ago. I keep telling myself to start back up, but just haven't done it. I also love it that you have scrapbooking night at your house and that you keep inviting your 'slacker' neighbor...haha! I need a good project that requires me to sit and actually talk for hours...hmmmm?
ReplyDeleteI'm exactly the same way. I have Photoshop and it's a good one to use. I'm convinced myself that it will be cheaper, too. You can get tons of digital scrapbooking stuff for free online and then you can find some places online, too, that will print it out for pretty cheap. If you consider how much it costs for paper and do-dads and stuff for each page, I think digital is cheaper. Then again, I haven't done it, yet. Just kind of messed around with Photoshop. Someday I'll get around to actually trying something.
