Santa Claus is coming to town. . .

We had a lot of fun writing letters to Santa! The kids love this tradition and each year can't wait for the day after Thanksgiving so they can get on with letting Santa know that they've been good kids throughout the year and therefore they would like. . .for Christmas! :)


Oh the excitement! Here they are mailing their letters!


Yesterday we were very excited when we saw Santa at the Festival of Trees! The kids couldn't wait to tell him that they'd already sent him a list of things they'd like for Christmas, but that they'd thought of a few more things. . .

    Fun!! We did our letter to Santa a couple of weeks ago and Daddy took it into work with him! He told the kids that he could take it to the special "fast delivery" box at work! :) This time of year is magic!! :)

    We just wrote ours the other day too and I couldn't believe how excited the girls were to put them in the mailbox. Did we ever do this as kids? I don't remember. Did you get my emailed picture of the girls with Santa at the mall from last night?

    Chrissy (the OTHER one) No, I didn't get the pic of your girls with Santa! Send it again. . .or just put it on your blog! :) And, no, we never did write to Santa when we were little. . .did we ever even believe?! lol
